I had to wait a bit for the refund, and at first I kind of assumed it might be a hassle just because refunds usually make me think that. But I checked back later and it came through fine, so no real issue in the end.

I did end up getting the item exchanged, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I thought it would, though maybe I was just being a little impatient. Overall it worked out, but the wait was kind of frustrating

I was just looking around at first, but I ended up finding a few things I hadn’t seen on other sites. They’ve got a good mix of products, and the categories made it easy to find my way around. The shirt looked good when I first got it, but after just a few washes the fabric started getting really thin and the stitching began coming loose. It feels like it was made or handled carelessly, because I expected it to last a lot longer than this.

I like the patriotic feel of the site, but it gets to be a bit much quickly. It’s nice at first, but after a minute I just wanted it to feel a little more toned down.

I got my order from American Freedom Co and felt relieved when I opened it up. The sizes, colors, and items were all exactly what I picked, with nothing missing or mixed up. After trying them out and checking everything over, I’m happy to say it was all correct. Super simple and easy experience

"Print was just okay"
I ordered this shirt to wear on a weekend trip, and it showed up fine with no issues in the packaging or anything. The shirt itself was okay, but the print looked a little more faded than I was expecting. It’s not awful and I’ll still wear it, but it just wasn’t as sharp or crisp as I hoped.

The payment process mostly worked fine, but it popped up at the worst possible moment and felt a bit poorly timed. I also wish the security steps were explained more clearly, because I wasn’t totally sure what was happening while I was trying to finish

I was really excited to try this, but the fit just didn’t work for me. After wearing it for a little while, it started feeling stiff and kind of rough, especially in the spots where the fabric rubbed a bit. It looked fine enough, but comfort-wise I wouldn’t order it again.

I ordered the item because it showed as available, but then it ended up getting delayed and basically canceled after the fact. That was actually frustrating, especially since it felt a bit misleading to let me place the order in the first place.

"Checkout was a mess"
I tried to place an order, but the checkout kept glitching on me. After I entered my payment info, it froze for a bit and then dumped me right back into the cart like nothing happened.
There wasn’t any clear error message or helpful explanation, and when I looked for help it felt like I was being talked down to instead of assisted. After wasting enough time on it, I gave up and ordered from somewhere else.

I don’t know, the site just gave me a weird vibe from the start. I was trying to find clear info so I could feel comfortable ordering, but it felt like my concerns weren’t really being addressed. After clicking around for a while and still not getting the reassurance I needed, I just ended up leaving.

"Tracking was easy enough to keep up with"
I ordered from americanfreedomco.com and the tracking was straightforward. I got the email with the tracking link shortly after it shipped, and it updated enough along the way that I wasn’t left wondering where my package was.

The only small issue was that one update seemed to lag for about a day, so that was a little annoying. But the order still showed up fine, and overall it was a smooth enough experience.

I mean, the order did show up eventually, but it took way longer than I expected. The tracking was barely updating too, so I kept checking it and just kind of wondering where the package even was. Not the best shipping experience.

I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, they did get it sorted out eventually. But wowww, it took way longer than I expected. The replies were slow, and I had to check in more than once just to keep things moving. I’m glad it wasn’t completely ignored, but the whole process was sooo frustrating

I really like the shirt designs. They’ve got a clean style and just look cool to me, simple, but in a good way. that’s usually what I go for anyway.
